These Terms & Conditions govern your use of shop.thatoregonlife.com and purchases from the That Oregon Life shop. By using the shop or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Using the shop

You may use the shop only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with site security or operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders, misuse promotions, scrape or copy protected content at scale, or use the shop in a way that harms That Oregon Life, its customers, or its service providers.

Products and descriptions

We work to present product photographs, colors, dimensions, materials, roast details, prices, and availability accurately. Screen settings, production methods, and natural or manufacturing variation can cause reasonable differences. Product packaging and details may change as a product is improved or a supplier changes.

Orders and acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not require us to accept or fulfill an order that contains a pricing error, suspected fraud, unavailable item, invalid shipping destination, or other material problem. If we cannot fulfill an order after payment, we will cancel the affected item or order and issue the appropriate refund.

Prices, taxes, and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable shipping charges, taxes, discounts, and the final total are shown during checkout. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and are processed by third-party payment providers. You represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Availability and made-to-order products

Many items are made to order. Availability can change, and placing an item in a cart does not reserve it. We may limit quantities or discontinue products. Items marked Coming Soon cannot be purchased until their launch controls are enabled.

Shipping, delivery, returns, and refunds

Fulfillment and transit dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Orders containing products from different fulfillment locations may arrive in separate packages. Risk of delay can increase during holidays, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or customs processing.

Our current eligibility rules, damage-reporting window, address guidance, international customs information, and made-to-order return limitations are explained in the Shipping & Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. Contact us promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without permission. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the shop or its users.

Intellectual property

The That Oregon Life name, logos, original artwork, photographs, written content, page design, and other shop materials are owned by or licensed to That Oregon Life and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Purchasing a product does not transfer rights to reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit the design or content.

Reviews and submitted content

If you submit a product review or other content, it must reflect your genuine experience and must not be unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, or contain private information about another person. You grant That Oregon Life permission to display and reasonably format submitted content in connection with the shop. We may remove content that violates these terms.

Third-party services and links

The shop relies on and may link to third-party services such as payment processors, carriers, fulfillment providers, analytics services, and the main That Oregon Life publication. Their services and websites are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The shop is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, That Oregon Life disclaims implied warranties not expressly required by applicable law and is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the shop. Our total liability relating to a product order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon and applicable federal law, without overriding consumer protections that apply in your place of residence.

Changes and severability

We may update these terms as the shop changes. The revised date identifies the current version. If one provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
